While attending The University of Pennsylvania, Chicago native Greg Carlin occasionally visited nearby Atlantic City, where he developed a lifelong interest in the casino industry. After college, Greg worked as an investment banker at both Lazard Freres and Bankers Trust. He left banking to join LAMB Partners, a diversified private investment firm led by Neil Bluhm, where his first project was the Integrated Resort RFP in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
With the successful development and record-breaking operation of Fallsview Casino Resort underway, Greg co-founded Rush Street Gaming, where he currently serves as CEO, overseeing several full-service casinos. Each Rush Street casino was developed from the ground up, and all Rush Street casinos lead the markets in which they operate.
With the advent of internet gaming in the U.S., Greg co-founded Rush Street Interactive, LLC (RSI) to develop and operate proprietary online gaming platforms for both the social and regulated markets. RSI launched its first real-money online casino in New Jersey in 2016 and made history in August 2018 as first in the U.S. to offer a fully integrated online sportsbook and casino. RSI currently operates online casinos in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and Online Sports books in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Indiana and Colorado. Additionally, RSI remains the only U.S. gaming company to operate a regulated online sportsbook, RushBet.co, in Latin America.
Greg previously served on the board of directors of Falls Management Company, which operated the Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara. Greg currently serves on the board of directors of Rivers Casino Des Plaines and the American Gaming Association.
Greg has a passion for creating exciting casino destinations that connect to the surrounding community, for fostering diverse and rewarding work environments, and for developing and applying new technology to the gaming industry.
