Jay travels the Rush Street network of casinos energizing our gaming floors and promoting an expansive catalogue of slot machines, table games and poker rooms.
In the 30 years since his entry into the gaming industry, Jay has opened three casinos from the ground up as general manager, the first when he was only 28 years old. He has led a publicly traded gaming company as its president and CEO and opened one of the largest, most successful gaming operations in North America. Jay has designed and marketed more than 100 game concepts in table games, slots, bingo and Class II gaming.
In addition to casino and resort operations, Jay has been a member of the board of directors of GameTech International and a member of the board of directors of Niagara Tourism, serving two years as chairman of the board and member of the board of directors of the Niagara Economic Tourism Corporation.
Jay has received licenses or has been registered to operate and supply casinos in almost 100 different gaming jurisdictions in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, England, Guam, Spain, Sweden and multiple tribal jurisdictions.
Jay earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and an honorary degree from Niagara College.
