To help maintain Rush Street’s sharp competitive edge, the physical property of each casino must constantly evolve. Joe leads the integrated corporate and property teams that drive optimal operating conditions for each casino. Often that means transforming the gaming floor, introducing new restaurants, office relocations, building a hotel and more.
That’s where Joe comes in. He’s lead project manager and chief liaison for all architects, designers and construction teams across all Rush Street facilities. Joe draws on more than twenty years’ gaming industry experience to head development initiatives that will surprise and delight guests and keep Team Member satisfaction high.
In recent years, Joe has been instrumental in managing design and construction for Rivers Casino & Resort and The Landing Hotel in Schenectady, New York; the opening and expansion of SugarHouse Casino in Philadelphia; and ongoing facilities upgrades at Rivers Casino in both Pittsburgh and Des Plaines, Illinois.
Joe also partners with Rush Street’s human resources leadership to align guest experiences and Team Members experiences. He successfully developed and launched 1 Rush Street, a unifying platform to define, differentiate and drive the Rush Street culture.
Joe joined Rush Street in 2009 from Flamingo Las Vegas, where he served as director of casino marketing for Harrah’s. Previously, he’d held leadership positions in customer service, slot operations, food & beverage and table games at six other Harrah’s properties.
Joe is a graduate of Grossmont College where he studied Political Science.
