Marc Arndt was the first Team Member to join Rivers Casino in Des Plaines prior to the property’s ribbon-cutting in 2011. He was instrumental in launching that operation and was closely involved in hiring key Team Members, contract negotiations and systems administration.
Today, Marc oversees and manages the accounting and finance functions across all gaming verticals including Rush Street’s land-based casinos, interactive businesses and affiliated entities. He has extensive experience in designing and managing finance departments; his expertise includes corporate strategy, process improvement, structuring, GAAP reporting, tax reporting, auditing and compliance.
Prior to joining the Rush Street family, Marc was CFO of Bethesda Home, a regional acute care nursing and rehabilitation center. Formerly, he was a director with Bridge Finance Group and focused on structuring, closing and managing senior secured debt, mezzanine debt and preferred equity. He began his career at KPMG.
Marc graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois.
