Since joining Rush Street, Wanda has led the design, development and implementation of several business-focused human capital strategies that support the continued growth of the company’s people and culture initiatives.
Having worked for global organizations such as QVC, Inc., Amazon.com and Luxottica Group, Wanda brings a wealth of hands-on experience and thought leadership in product and program management, business process improvement and organizational design and development.
Bringing a global mindset to Rush Street encourages big thinking and a passion for introducing creative, innovative ways to improve Team Members’ experiences throughout the employment lifecycle. Wanda’s approach for building collaborative working groups to tackle organizational needs guides the casinos’ human resources teams. She expertly engages and directs strategic problem solving for the immediate, short and long term.
Wanda attended Nichols College in Dudley, Mass., and Assumption College in Worcester, Mass., after serving in the United States Marine Corps.
