MEDIA ADVISORY: RIVERS CASINO TO HOST FIRST-EVER TELEVISED POKER EVENT IN PITTSBURGH TODAY

 

WHO: Six world-renown poker celebrities; Pittsburgh’s top poker players

WHAT: Rivers is hosting two televised poker events – the Pittsburgh Poker Open’s final table as well as a high-stakes cash game that will be filmed for “Poker Night in America.” Pittsburgh’s best players will face off against national poker celebrities for big prizes and bragging rights.

The first-place prize of the final table is expected to exceed $100,000.

The cash game is by invitation only, and includes buy-in ranges from $5,000 to $20,000.
