SUGARHOUSE CASINO PRESENTS NEW YEAR’S EVE FIREWORKS
AND MUMMERS PARADE … AGAIN!
Philly’s Casino Brings a Non-Stop Celebration to the City
PHILADELPHIA — Nov. 29, 2012 — SugarHouse Casino is throwing the city of Philadelphia a party like no other with back-to-back presenting sponsorships of the New Year’s Eve fireworks and New Year’s Day Mummers Parade. Philly’s first and only casino is also the place to be for a non-stop celebration from the end of 2012 through the start of 2013 on SugarHouse’s Delaware River waterfront property.
SugarHouse announced its second consecutive dual sponsorships earlier today at a special media preview held at the casino’s Refinery restaurant and bar. At the event, the casino offered a sneak peek of what guests can expect for the New Year’s Eve fireworks display over the Delaware River and the long-running Philadelphia tradition, the Mummers Parade.
More excitingly, SugarHouse also unveiled its plans for a 24-hour celebration starting on New Year’s Eve and continuing through New Year’s Day for its guests.
“Each year, SugarHouse works to up the ante on our New Year’s Celebration and the party we’re throwing this year is going to be fantastic,” said Wendy Hamilton, general manager of SugarHouse Casino. “Philly’s casino is the place to be New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day—wear your party pants.”
