Dawn Reynolds Pettit serves as Rush Street Gaming’s Chief Human Resources Officer, leading efforts to standardize and scale best practices in workforce development across all our land-based casinos. 

Prior to Rush Street, Dawn served as Regional Vice President of Human Resources for Hard Rock Casino, overseeing multiple properties in states including Virginia, Illinois and Indiana. Previously, she was Regional Vice President of Human Resources with Caesars Entertainment for 19 years at Horseshoe Hammond. 

Among many professional achievements over the past two decades, Dawn is a certified Lean In Moderator, a Senn Delaney Culture Instructor and a Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional. OnCon recognized Dawn with a “Top 50 Human Resources Professional” award, and the Northwest Indiana Influential Women Association named her one of the “Most Influential Women in Service/Tourism.” 

She’s a board member for the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana, Indiana University Northwest, Purdue University Northwest’s Chancellor’s Executive Council, Lake Central High School Booster Club, and Girls On the Run. 

She earned her bachelor’s from Indiana University Northwest and her master’s from Purdue University Northwest, both in organizational communications.
