Cliff Ehrlich joins the RSG team as Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to CEO Tim Drehkoff. With over three decades of experience in the gaming and hospitality industries, Cliff’s career is distinguished by his proven leadership and groundbreaking achievements.
Throughout his career, Cliff has been at the forefront of innovation, revolutionizing guest relations and marketing at Northern Edge and Flowing Water Casinos. His strategic insights and leadership have consistently driven success, making him an invaluable asset to any organization.
Cliff’s career began in the 1980s in marketing at the Catskills’ Pines Resort Hotel before transitioning into casino development and operations in the 1990s. As co-owner of the Monticello Raceway, he was instrumental in recruiting the Oneida Indian Nation to build a casino on the property, eventually leading Monticello Casino & Raceway as President, COO, and General Manager until 2013. His expertise later took him to The Downs Racetrack & Casino in Albuquerque as General Manager and COO, and ultimately to the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise.
A graduate of the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Cliff's success as COO of the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise includes overseeing four casinos and a four-diamond resort hotel. He also led the launch of a new casino and public gaming company as President and COO of Empire Resorts, significantly expanding the local economy and setting new revenue benchmarks.
Cliff is committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence at Rush Street Gaming. He assumes the role of COO from Bill Keena, a longtime company and industry leader, who plans to retire later this year.
