Marc Arndt

Marc Arndt joined the Rush Street organization in 2010 as the first Team Member of Rivers Casino in Des Plaines. He was instrumental in launching that operation and was closely involved in hiring key Team Members, contract negotiations and overall project management. Shortly after the Rivers Casino opening in 2011, he took a larger role overseeing the financial operations of all the Rush Street casinos.

Today, as CFO, Arndt continues to build and manage the finance functions across all gaming operations, including Rush Street’s land-based casinos and their affiliated entities. He has extensive experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy and has helped launch the new casino developments and related projects during his tenure.

Arndt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and became a Certified Public Accountant. After graduating, he joined KPMG and became Senior Manager in the audit and assurance practice. Subsequent to his tenure at KPMG, he worked for Bridge Finance Group as a Director where he was engaged in the originating, structuring and closing of senior secured debt, mezzanine debt and preferred equity, focusing primarily on leverage lending.
