A ‘spooktacular’ celebration includes up to $250,000 in Monster Cash and prizes, plus a Halloween dance party, at Fishtown’s casino
PHILADELPHIA — Oct. 2, 2023 — You’ll have a hauntingly good time at Rivers Casino Philadelphia in October. Guests can celebrate at a Halloween dance party on Friday, Oct. 27, plus earn their share of Monster Cash every Friday and Saturday this month.
Also in October, an ABBA tribute band will take The Event Center stage on Saturday, Oct. 7, at 8 p.m., while guests can bet on games of all five Philadelphia pro sports teams in the BetRivers Sportsbook.
Famous Meatballs at Martorano’s Prime
Award-winning restaurateur and South Philly native Steve Martorano has come home to personally serve his world-famous meatballs for all of Philadelphia. Martorano’s Prime, an Italian-American Steakhouse, is accepting online reservations from Wednesday through Sunday at OpenTable.com.
Gourmet Magazine famously called Steve Martorano’s meatballs the best meatballs in the world, and they’re one of the restaurant’s bestsellers.

Riversuites, Casino’s Boutique Hotel, Coming Soon — Employment Opportunities
Rivers Casino Philadelphia will open Riversuites, a 62-suite boutique luxury hotel inside The Battery, the mixed-use lifestyle campus underway on Beach Street in Fishtown. The new venture means there are job openings in Fishtown.

The Concert: A Tribute to ABBA — Saturday, Oct. 7, at 8 p.m.
The Concert: A Tribute to ABBA will return to Rivers Casino Philadelphia on Saturday, Oct. 7, at 8 p.m. for a magical performance of the Swedish pop group’s most memorable hits, including “Mamma Mia,” “Dancing Queen” and many more. Tickets for The Event Center show start at $39.
$25,000 Halloween Dance Party and Drawings — Friday, Oct. 27, from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Join us for a “fang-tastic” Halloween monster bash that includes a DJ dance party; an all-you-can-eat menu that includes wings, tacos, cake and more; and an open bar — all for $99. The Event Center party also includes entry in a drawing to win up to $2,500 in Free Slot Play by spinning the Spooky Wheel. Ten guests will be randomly selected at 9 p.m.; contest entries can be submitted from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Promotions, Contests and Sweepstakes
$250,000 Monster Cash & Prizes — On Fridays and Saturdays in October, guests can win $200 to $200,000 in cash and prizes by activating contest entries at any Rush Rewards kiosk from 7 p.m. to 9:50 p.m. Then, at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., five winners will be selected to play Rivers’ Halloween-themed game board. Rush Rewards members can earn entries on slots and table games beginning Sunday, Oct. 1, through Saturday, Oct. 28.
Playmaker Football Challenge — During football season, Rush Rewards members can select the winning pro football teams for each week of the regular season. The player with the most correct picks and, if necessary, the winning tiebreaker selection will win a choice between a pair of Philadelphia home game tickets, a cash prize or Free Play.
Table Games Play to Eat — On Mondays in October, all Rush Rewards members who play a table game with their Rush Rewards Card can earn a $20 dining credit. To qualify, Rush Rewards members must play with their Rush Rewards Card and earn 300 Tier Points at any table game.
Birthday Bucks Bash — Rush Rewards members whose birthdays are in October can receive a variable number of bonus rewards points. Participants can choose one day during their birthday month to convert their bonus to Free Slot Play or dining dollars at select restaurants and Marketplace outlets.
October Jackpot Replay — For every jackpot valued at $1,200 or higher won in October, Rush Rewards members will earn one entry in the October Jackpot Replay. On Tuesday, Oct. 31, at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., five winners per drawing will be randomly selected to each receive $1,000 in cash.
Rivers Roulette on Instagram — Rivers Roulette will be posted on the casino’s Instagram feed @RiversCasinoPhiladelphia in October. Guests who guess the winning number can win $50 in Free Play. Full details are available on the casino’s promotions page.
Young at Heart — On Wednesdays in October from noon to 8 p.m., Rush Rewards members ages 50 and older can swipe their Rush Rewards Card at a kiosk to win free swag or Free Slot Play; from 8 a.m. to noon, eligible members can receive a free Dunkin’ small coffee and donut.

Martorano’s Sicilian Slice — Celebrity cook Steve Martorano brings fresh pizza by the slice to Rivers Casino. Sicilian Slice features pizzas that are generously topped with mouthwatering tomato sauce and premium mozzarella cheese. In October, the grab-and-go outlet features a whole pepperoni pie for $48. Sicilian Slice is open on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sundays from noon to 11 p.m.
Dunkin’ — Rivers runs on Dunkin’ with great-tasting donuts and freshly brewed coffee. This Fishtown location opens daily at 6 a.m. in the casino’s Marketplace.
Mian — Featuring authentic Asian cuisine, Mian is open Sunday through Thursday from noon to midnight and Friday and Saturday from noon to 2 a.m. October’s featured item is seafood soup for $19.
