OHIO PLAYERS BRING FUNK TO RIVERS CASINO PHILADELPHIA
Legendary R&B band to perform at Philly’s premier casino

• PHILADELPHIA — Jan. 26, 2023 — Get ready to groove when the Ohio Players, pioneers of street funk and underground R&B, come to Rivers Casino Philadelphia’s Event Center on Saturday, March 25, at 8 p.m. The band rose to prominence in the 1970s with such hits as “Fire” and “Love Rollercoaster,” and they have since produced more than a dozen albums and earned 14 gold and platinum awards. Tickets starting at $39 are now available.

  The Ohio Players, comprising four original members and six additional musicians, have traveled the world and been recognized by a long list of artists who have sampled or rerecorded their material. They also have appeared on many national television programs. Despite their success, they have not slowed down and continue to entertain crowds all over the world.
